Hatem Ali Hadi al Mosawi

From the news reports:

Two workers managed to escape after a bodyguard killed one of the attackers, according to a release from the Iraqi Electoral Commission. The commission identified the slain workers as Hatem Ali Hadi al Mosawi, deputy manager of an elections branch office, and two of his colleagues: Mahdi Sabah and Sami Moussa.
