A second Sunni cleric from the prominent Comittee of Muslim Scholars was assassinated Monday in Baghdad, said a spokesman for the organisation.
"We have just heard that Sheikh Mohammed Jadu from the Al-Kawthar mosque in the Al-Baya neighbourhood was assassinated," said the spokesman.
