Abd al‑Jabbar Mossa

From the news reports:

Mr Mossa, the headmaster of El Faraedh primary school, was a member of the Ba'ath Party, but according to local sources was not in any position of power.

One described him as "just high enough to ensure he was able to have his job as a head teacher".
