21-1 for deaths not accounted for in individual incident reports for Baghdad attacks

Corroborated reports give 75 as the final updated death toll in Baghdad from the multiple attacks on 22nd December. Details across a variety of reports have made it possible to place 54-72 of these deaths as occuring in one of 13 specific different locations, each location giving rise to a separate IBC entry in the k18203 series (a - m). Entry k18203n represents the residual unlocated deaths such that the total death toll across the entire k18203 series equates to the total of 75. Should new information emerge regarding these unlocated deaths, new entries will be created to accommodate these and further adjustments made to the k18203 series.
