Fiona Watson (United Kingdom), 35, was a Political Affairs Officer for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI). Previously, she had held the same position at the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). Ms. Watson had also served as the head of political reporting for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Mission in Kosovo, and had also been posted to the former Yugoslavia.
